Ripcord ace help

    My ripcord ace was not dropping fast enough and I was shearing vanes off. I thought I would take the side plate off and try to clean it out/lubes it up. I took side plate off and a spring fell out if any one knows where that spring sets in there that would be a major help. Thank you. I don't have the ability to post pics right now but maybe later.

    See you got it back together. Maybe spring went bad. Email or call rip cord. I emailed them about what size cord to use , they sent me there maintenance kit for free. Got new spring and string with instructions how to do it myself.

    no more contact it was a little gummed up and my cord had slipped down a bit.
