I was told by the guy I bought my used bow from, that you can't put a drop away rest on a Bowtech because it will mess up the timing of the cams. (they are binary) I have already bought the Rip-cord, How many of you folks have a drop away that is attached to the cables, and did you have a timing problem with the cams? The directions that came with the rest tells specificaly where to attach the rope on a Bowtech. I'm confused, My bow is a 2007 Constitution.
    Thanks, Stu

according to my draw board when shooting a Rip Coard and also a QAD HD , it didnt effect the timing on my Destroyer 350 or my new Invasion , the draw board dont lie , the timing never changed

The draw stops hit both the cables at the exact same time right at my 29'' draw length .

That would be news to me..... My buddy shoots a ripcord on his Destroyer. He's twice the shot I am. Not saying that I am top notch but I can hold my own. No comments from the gallery about holding my own either. :P

I installed the rip cord, took off my WB, All I can say is WOW! the 1st two arrows I shot were touching at 20 yds. before any adjustments. I will use a drop away forever. Thanks for the info.

I have a 2007 Guardian with a rip cord. It shoots darts, couldnt be happier with it!

I could not get the ripcord to fit on my Captain, but the QAD fit fine. The top "arrowholder" hit the shelf.
