So I got the Rinehart 18-in-1 target last summer. Overall I like it. I like the portability and I can tell it will last me 3 or 4 years but here's the thing. If it's cooler than 75 degrees out, I develop calluses on my hands getting my arrows out of it.

I can get 3 bag targets for what it cost. I think I'm going back to those. Vise-grips and PB Blaster shouldn't be part of my practice routine.

Stop target practicing at 5 yards! Lol I love my 18-1 but have never had that problem.

I feel ya. I only use the 18-1 for the x-bow as it is the only target I have had to date that will stop my bolts. Need a rubber grippy arrow puller for sure and it can still be a real booger! I also keep it in the truck during hunting season to sling a few arrows every now and then and as a discharge target for the kid's x-bow. I am much more of a fan of a good bag target.

Hmm.. I never had that problem. It's harder to pull out compared to my block foam layered targets but it will last a lot longer.

This. I have never wished that I had an arrow puller to get my arrows out with. A slight pull and they come out.

Only time I have problems with my 18-1 is when I use my Fatboy Shafts, my regular hunting arrows pull right out. My reinhart turkey target is the same way.

Never had the problem with my 18-1. An arrow puller may help.

I've never even heard of an "arrow puller", let alone own one. lol I've yet to have an arrow/bolt that didn't just pull right out of my Black Hole target.
