Nah, the media and feel gooders do what they can, but everyone knows most have that bug in them. He just picked the wrong time to say it. Vick has already ran to his defense (Michael, not Marcus), as well as a few others. He will be fined, and back at practice today. NFL players are given the longest of leashes since their livelihood is made playing with rage.

I agree with all but he may get a couple of games suspension. This will be a good test of the "long leash" policy of the NFL shield. I just think, it will be hard on him when and if he returns with at least one bounty on him. Also, what should be done to Marcus for the offer, I remember what happened to the Saints staff.

I dont even get why its such a big deal for the team to impose a fine, people get caught up in a "word" so much its retarded. The guy should of apologized and that should of been the end of it, or not apologized because he was afraid of the medias reaction to what he said.
