I believe hunting rights are most comparable to the right to bear arms. you have the right to own a gun (pistol) but have to buy a permit to do so. then you have to follow the ownership rules. comparing hunting rights to voting rights is not a good comparison. on a good note I put out a couple trail cams this afternoon! lol
It is a right. The wildlife belongs to the public and is held in trust. I'm sure most hunters understand the Public Trust Doctrine, but if you don't you should look it up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
