mrs santa got me a trailcam,,, it's a bushnell trail cam 5 mp moon phase with extended infrared night vision,, model 11-9305c

ok i did not open yet ,looked at the only reveiw online i could find and it was a very bad one.

so from the people i trust here. anyhelp????

i hate to take this back but i would like a good trail cam, i have 4 bad cams already that would total more then 1 good one. my i40 moultrie is slow trigger and goes thru batterys in about a week, wildgame innovations will not work at all with sd card in and batterys go dead overnight, 2 game veiws cheap but dead and one old cam that used a camera in but is dead also.

On a couple of occations 2 nights ago beeing one it didnt store the pics it took. I know for a fact cause I walked in front of the flash and come morning there was no pic of me. I also had a big ol splayed hoof in the snow and no pic of that either.:mad: I would upgrade to the small bushnell or a scoutguard.

A buddy of mine has one and he loves it. In fact he even went to Home Depot and bought a very small breaker box and cut the front out for a way to lock it to the tree.

It seems as though the trigger speed is plenty good, good quality pics and video.

My buddy also has one, he loves it a lot! The trigger speed seems great and pics are decent. But the battery is amazing!

I know I am not that bright, but is the Trophy Cam not the small one? It's the same size as SC550.

No, you are correct. He never mentioned that he got a Trophy Cam though. He got this model.

He wanted to know info about this specific camera. My advice would be to get your money back and upgrade to the Throphy cam. I love it! It's been in the woods for 8 months now on a single set of Alkaline batteries! Thousands of pictures, fast trigger. I'm not a fan of B&W night pics, but all the other features more than makes up for it.

    GET ONE or ten!

I just got the Bushnell nightvision Sentry for xmas .. have had it out since Christmas day, near 0 temps at night... taking good pix and batterys are still going strong as of tonight's check. Getting a ton of pix 'cause I put out bails of alfalfa. Camera is averaging over 100 pix a night between deer and elk basically there all night, damned elk camp out and eat everything..grrrr anyway the batteries seem to be doing ok with that much action, the pix are pretty decent, not quite as good as my cudde-back... the trigger on this one isn't as fast as the cudde (tested that out on myself and my boys walking past it). I am pleased over all for 129.00 $

Troy I have the same camera I am on my 4th set of batteries since halloween. The other night I had a buck walk by it and around by it (seen the tracks in the snow) not a single pic. I walked by it on my way out of woods it flashed but when I checked pix next day nothing. Grrrr I really wanted to know when he was crusing through. I am not very happy with mine, I wish I would have got the Trophy cam.
