I guarantee we will have fun If it makes you feel any better, I have a million deer and my cameras have been very, very slow for over a week. It has been very hot here and I think they are barely moving from the bottoms and proximity to water. I am going to put cameras up on water this weekend and see if that changes anything. But, we also have a cool front moving in tonight, so things may get back to normal on their own. Hope you find a deer, but not a really big one.
It has been very warm here and I guessed that was holding down movement till last week. It cooled wayyy down here and still didn't see anything. There are deer around, just not a ton. Big ones here? Hahahahhahhahaaaaaa. Few and far between. I do miss the huge Midwest deer. Doe in Mo look like mature bucks here body wise.
Just reminded, life is short. I'm looking to enjoy this hunting season as much as possible and not drive myself crazy with some of the "little things". Broadheads are hitting right, gear is checked, safe and ready. The rest is just gravy this time. I'm tired of sweating the petty, gonna just pet the sweaty.

I wish I could say calm before the storm, but nothing is calm here. Still busting my ass around the house trying to get everything I possibly can finished before end of September. It's close tho.
