One more day of work and it’s on!!! I’m so ready. Double checked my pack and shot a few times and we are ready to go. I’m gonna be in the tree so early on Saturday Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I'll be in the shop Saturday for all the last minute jackasses to complain that they need a new string for tomorrow. Then we truly begin. Who is up for our next 50? My money is a deer coming out of MD this weekend. Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk
I'll likely get out tonight or at least one evening this weekend. Things have been quiet here and frustrating on even seeing deer. I just don't have high deer numbers where I can hunt and something has changed from last year.
I don't know if you guys run cell cams or not, but they are going to ruin me one day. Had both of my top deer daylighting in front of one of my better setups for around an hour last night all within about 15-20 yards. Ugh why do I need to make money at a job....lol
I know it doesn’t count for points but was able to take down a nice hen this past week for the freezer. Great confidence booster shooting her at 30. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

I have no idea what I did to my back, but something is definitely wrong. I must have done it getting out of my climber. It's been giving me fits since I climbed down. The pain is on the left side right at my belt line and pain is shooting down my left leg. I had to get that doe taken and it was driving me nuts. I was limping worse than my wife while we were tracking the doe. All that being said, my clothes are washed, my bloody arrow is cleaned with new blades & back in the #1 spot in my quiver and I'll be getting back on stand this afternoon. I'm going to be going across the road this afternoon but I'm going to have to go to the bottom of the hill on this side and retrieve my climber to take with me. My other climber is at the bottom of the hill on the other side (wind is wrong for that spot) but I'm going to hunt the top of the hill and I don't want to walk all the way through it.
