I was shooting my X7 today making sure everything was good & decided to switch to the German Kentics head. (I've always shot Grim Reapers from this bow). Broad head hits 1"low at 20yrds & 4" low at 40". Simple enough, move the rest up a hair, well the rest is up as far as it can go. It's hitting the cable guide. So I'm sure the nock point needs to be moved down, with an arrow on the rest & nocked, the arrow is at the top of the rest bolt holes. How simple is it to just move the nock point down or would there be move involved? Like could I create a timing issue by moving the nock point?

Why not just try adjusting your sight pins. an inch low at 20 and 4" at 40 would be a very minor adjustment.

Moving the nocking point down would not create a timing issue but you would need to do some minor re-tuning. As I understand it the ideal location of the arrow placement is to cover the berger holes or cut them in half but that does vary bow to bow. I'm with you though I would move the nock down to ensure my broadheads tune with my field points.

Before doing that you might want to check for arrow contact and see if that is the culprit.

    Good luck.

In my mind that's just putting a band aid in the problem. But that's just me.

Thanks. That's my understanding too, right now the arrow just barely hits the top of the berger hole. I'll be moving the nock point to get them in the middle & retune to see what happens.

I've checked for contact but I'm getting fletching contact.

Agree. ^^^ Make the proper adjustment to the knock point and tune things so your fixed heads hit with your fp's
