As an Arkansas rosident and a hunter I am pissed that there will not be any jail time for these idiots. The herd here is barely 1000 animals and only 40-50 tags per year given out in the drawing. It can take 10-12 years to draw a tag. The idiots not only killed and wasted two elk, the effected the number of available tags for a few years.
