What do you guys recommend for repelling mosquitos in the deer stand...of course i have a thermacell, but was curious if anyone has any other methods. Didn't know if there were any brands of "Off" or any other sprays that were scentless???? Any input greatly appreciated....

An old hunter told me to chew on a kitchen match. He said it would repell mosquitos, I have never tried it so I can't tell you if it works or not. He said the more you do it the better it works, I guess the sulphur leaching out of your skin keeps them away.

I should mention, I use both Thermacell and just tried permethrin for the first time this season. The combo kept away the mosquitoes, ticks and chiggers so far.

I hear good things about that thermacell. I just started using permitherin, and that stuff definitely is awesome against ticks, and such. Haven't noticed a mosquito problem either since using it, but can't really say I had one before I started using it, so, unsure if it does anything for them. But man, for the ticks its great.
