Any tips on how to remove an outsert that is already glued on? Thanks!

What I do to remove any insert/outsert is to drop a drill bit, just slightly smaller diameter then the shaft I.D, down inside the arrow after removing the nock. Then holding the arrow at the nock end raise the arrow so the drill bit slides against your hand and then swing it downward forcing the drill bit against the outsert from the inside. it usually take several swings to get an insert out but it works great!! I lay a blanket on the ground so the insert and drill bit don't fly where I cannot find them.......

I glue my inserts in, since Black Eagle doesn't suggest hot melt, and have never had an issue getting one out with the drill bit/slide hammer technique..........
