Just took these pics this morning after getting off from work. Glad to see they were out and about. These deer were at least a 100 yards away. I had my camera optically and digitally zoomed to the max. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing the big forked buck last year and he appeared to be a big six then as well. This is behind my house adjacent to land I have permission to hunt.

EDIT: I don't think any of these bucks are the one I got pics of before. Do you guys think any of the bucks below are the buck in the zoomed in picture? I'm not seeing it.

And I got out of the truck and started walking toward it...looks like he/she was ready to pounce. :D

All of those bucks are outstanding! Good luck this fall. Can't wait to see the pics of you with one of them on the ground. And the bobcat... very cool!

Donnie, you NEED to kill that six point. That's the biggest one I've ever seen.

This buck has been claimed to score 169" and be the VA state record 3x3. Now, I scored this thing in my head, and didn't come anywhere near 170, but that's just me. In fact, I couldn't even get that deer past 150, but pictures can be deceiving.

Great bucks there and cool photos. My buddy and I were just talking about big 6s yesterday and how much we would love to get a shot at one. I have one on my property that is a ghost, only have 1 picture of him from 2 years ago but have seen him from a distance during the rut the last 2 years. If he is still alive he'll be a true trophy this year.

Judging by the frame, the big 6 point looks like the same deer in the blurry photo.

Dude, those are freaking impressive! I agree with Vito that the 6 is the same deer in the blurry pics. I am now really jealous of you!

Thanks guys! I'm still a little uncertain if the big six is the same buck that I've previously seen. The one in the zoomed in picture looks to be an 8. I hope to have some even better pics once I check the trail cam I set out.

I was thinking the big 6 might be the buck in the first pic as well. He has the same type frame. All of those bucks are BIG and definite trophies. Good luck on them this fall.

Keep in mind the the blurry photo is going to make it appear that it has more points, or antler, than it does. It was the similarity and rareness of its frame that really stands out.

I hope I'm wrong though because it would mean you have one more awesome deer to hunt.

    That's a badass 6. Can't decide which I want to shoot more....the cat or the 6.
