Release aid Advice

Wanting to get a good hunting type thumb release. They are not commonly used over here so I will probably have to get one in from US sight unseen.
I'm thinking that I would like rotating head, adjustable for travel and weight, extremely reliable.
A must have is that as I am old and senile, I have to be able to tie it to me. So a lanyard/wrist strap is a must.
After much web searching, ( all part of the fun with this archery caper), I am sort of leaning towards the Tru-Fire Hardcore Revolution 4 Finger release.
Any thoughts on this, or any other suggestions would be much appreciated.
