After just plain "meanness" on other forums, I figured it was time for me to move on. After scanning discussion threads on this forum, I decided to give it a try. Although everyone from time to time may have differing opinions, and some heated, it didn't seem that it existed hear. Maybe it does, don't know. Anyway, I live in 'The Land of Enchantment' and have been bowhunting deer and elk for some 25 years and shooting archery longer than that. I am a "south paw" and have been shooting Hoyt products the last couple of years and have really liked them, most recently the Carbon Spyder 30. During the off months from hunting, the other animal I chase lives under water - bass and crappie. Married and have three daughters which definitely keeps things interesting around the house (guess that's why I have a boat...).
"Land of Enchantment"???I guess I missed that in geography...lets face it I missed EVERYTHING in geography. Welcome to the BH.com forums. Things get interesting on here from time to time, but thats what you get with so many different backgrounds and schools of thought. I think here is different because it typically doesnt get disrespectful....the mods wont have it. (thanks mods) And its a much more relaxed environment....folks here are genuinely good folks...but beware the trolls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome aboard. You will find this to be a very respectful forum full of debate, and good old dialogue. BTW I think Hoyt products suck. Bam there it is your first jab here on the forum (please give my signature a gander)
Thanks all - look forward to it! Biscuit, yeah I know, an underdog using underdog products...more challenging I guess.
