I get pumped every time I reflect on this season. From taking two beautiful does for the freezer to watching my 13 year old son get his first bow kill to taking my first ever deer with a bow during firearms season. I have always been the guy to switch to the firearms when season came in but this year I just wasn't ready to put the bow down and my persistence paid off. Here are some pictures and hopefully a short cell phone video (if I can figure out how to load it) of my season. I'm thinking next year I may try this whole self filming thing.

Very nice buck! Quite the left side G-3. Congrats to you and your son. It looks like you guys practice a lot, great shots. What state are you hunting?

Thanks guys. We hunt and live in extreme southern Indiana. The left side G3 is actually a split G2. His G3 has about 8-9 inches broken off. Here is a better picture of it.

    THANKS!

We don't practice as much as you would think. Yes we are both decent but We make good shots because we are patient and take high percentage shots. Oh. And we aren't afraid of hitting bone.
