    There are 2 basic difference between the BLACK60 and RED40. The BLACK60 has 60 black flash LED's and the RED40 has 40 infrared LED's. Both produce high quality, well Illuminated night time photos. Much debate has been made over the visible vs. invisible. The fact of the matter is deer do see red IR. The debate is whether it has an effect on the deer.
