Home made snacks
Smoking some almonds in home made smoker
I get the wood burning on burner then put in little grill in bottom of smokehouse, blow out flames and it all smolder on itself overnight.
Pretty simple
I do cheese the same way, has to be cold out to do cheese, but I'm telling you smoked cheese is amazing!

Also make hard sausage this way

Sweet baby Jesus y'all Xmas just came early.... While talking to a employee she mentions how her Grandpa has lots of land and no one hunts it....I pounce....45 mins later I have permission for 400+ acres near my house for free!!!!!!!
