Any creative ideas for recycling old arrows?

I was cleaning up over Christmas and found a stash of busted up arrows/shafts (some Robin hoods, chipped, split ends, etc) not safe/fit for shooting any longer.

I have used them and cutoff remnants as pegs in the past...Any other ideas?

I’ve seen them cut down to about 6 inches and ink pens glued inside.

They work pretty good as a whoopin stick when my dogs are bad. I’d say they’d work the same for kids but I don’t have any to try it out on lol joking....kind of.

I have used them for homemade stabilizers. Using this kit you can make this kind of stabilizer

The inkpen idea is great. Done that.
I have been using my broken ones for replacement bolts for my crossbow pistol.[IMG]

Where do you get the parts for the inside of the pen?

Dunno, but here it is. They may just be gluing whole pens in there, like the bic sticks or whatever

The end of certain bic style pens will fit inside of some carbnon arrows dependind on carbon thickness. Trial and error.

    Please don't have children.

You have failed at raising animals already.
