My buddy is looking for a sight with a lot of pin adjustment. By that I mean elevation adjustment. He's looking for a five pin that will give a lot of throw up and down allowing for a 20 top pin and 80-100 bottom pin. Many of the floating pin sights only move the base of the pin and not the pin head. I never understood why they did that. Right now we have a eyes on the axion aaa-505lc

I'm guessing this will be a problem, my bow shoots pretty flat and I get 20-80 on my HHA. The adjustment on this site is a lot more then I have seen with fixed pin sights.

Been absent scouting and working. Gonna look into that sight and yes I shoot a z7 as well as my buddy. My sight doesn't have much adjustment and I have a 20 yard pin as well as an 80. For 100 yard shots (practice only for those concerned readers) I use the bottom of the sights housing.

I just checked Into the black gold. Although this looks like a great sight I don't think it's best for our application. We spot and stalk through some pretty rough chaparral here in Cali. Thanks for the recommendation however were looking for a sight with lots of pin adjustment and a larger frame not really a moving dial kinda thing.

How about a 7 pin? I had the trophy ridge cypher 7 on my z7x and it was awesome.
