Ok, I'm at school right now and I brought a couple packaged butterfly deer chops and a package of deer catfish tenders (whatever those are?). I'm going to be going shopping a little later tonight, and I'm looking for some recipes so I know what ingredients I should get. I'm hoping to cook them sometime this week so your responses are greatly appreciated!!! Thanks! :D

Soy sauce, garlic and some sugar. You can use garlic powder. Buy decent soy sauce like kikkoman's not that salt and food coloring crud. ;)

Mix some soy sauce and a little sugar, pour enough over meat to coat all sides. Add garlic (mushed up/chopped up or garlic powder). Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Sear meat in a hot pan. Do not over cook. (best when rare or medium rare) Eat.

Get some McCormick "Garlic, herb and wine" marinade. Marinade for a day or so and then grill. Best meat i've ever had

Montreal steal seasoning and a grill. I grill over med-high heat until they're med rare...

I sometimes use lemon-pepper liquid marinade. Let them marinade for an hour or so and then grill em up...

The catfish are the inner loins. The tenderloins.
