    Im looking for a wild game and fish recipe book thats worth the money. Any suggestions?

    If you like "Louisiana" food. This is the only cook book I have ever used. You can modify the recipes to your own taste.

    I made garfish balls one time and took them to work. No one would eat them until I explained they weren't garfish "balls' but like a croquette. A grocery bag full was gone in seconds after that.
