Thanks for the positive feedback! I have a lot of free time out here and photography helps out with the non-hunting season.
Ryan, with the delay built into digital cameras, I ended up taking 240 photographs that night to get one with lightning in it. Well worth it to me though.
Rory - Thank you. Not quite the angle I was trying for, but turned out well. Matt - The camera is programmed to take the photo w/the settings it believes is best. After the photo is taken, I use Adobe Photo Shop Elements (came w/camera) to tweek the photos. Then it's just a matter of cropping the photo to show what I was attempting to capture. I carry 3 cameras, 1 in the car, 1 for high quality photos, and 1 for hunting and fishing. The car camera is a Fuji Finepix S2800HD, the pocket camera for fishing is the Fujifilm AX200, and the home camera is Canon Rebel XT DSLR.
