    Thanks guys.

I will do that Treehopper. Sorry I never called you back. The seller is providing the title insurance from a local place in Sun Prairie. I'll PM you with the property location and see what you think.

I know. And I can't wait to get started. We are planning on building a cabin next year on it. For now I'll be using our 27' travel trailer. I've read all the work you have put into your property and I know I have some time to put in. But I can see it already. It won't seem like "work" up there.

That is awsome, great area for hunting. I believe that part of Wisconsin is the perfect mix of woods and ag property! Would be awesome for you to get on this land late season, spring scouting, and have an idea for deer movement come next season. Best of luck man, every hunters dream!

That sounds good Tony. I will be up there for gun season so let me know. I'm taking my travel trailer up there on the 12th and getting it set up.

Well it is official. I closed this morning. I am now the proud owner of 80 acres.

Going up tonight to set-up the camper. Not sure if the bow will see this land this year yet. But the gun will next weekend. Hope to at least take some meat off it.

Here is an aerial of the land. Green line is the property boarders. Next year a couple of food plots will be put in. It has a nice logging trail that you can see down the middle with smaller side trails. You can get to most parts of the property by ATV or easy walking.

I am one happy dude right now and can’t wait to get up there tonight.

So cool! Have fun with it.

Side note, is it very far of a drive from your home?

Almost exactly 3 hours of windshield time. I guess it depends on definition of "Very far" is
    :)
