After changing several accessories on my bow, I am finally confident out to 30 yards. I went from a WB to the Ripcord, form CX Terminator Hunter Lites(8.9 g.p.i.) to Hunters(11.1 g.p.i.) and, form a TruFire velcro fastened caliper release to the Scott's buckle strap Mongoose. I have also decided to shoot without my quiver attatched. My wrist sling broke so i replaced it and, I also had the misfortune of my D-loop snapping (no major injury). All of these changes and upgrades forced me to retune and learn my bow all over again. It was a real challenge to get it right but, it was worth the increase in accuracy and confidence. So, I'm ready for this Saturday, opening day for Urban Archery. Are you guys ready for your opener???

Well at least your loop didn't fail while you were on a hunt. Might have been the best thing to happen to you. Especially since you retuned your bow and built up your confiidence. Sounds like your ready to put some meat on the table.

I'm about ready myself. I still need to finish tuning my new bow but that will definitely be ready for the season opener. I forgot all about urban season. Didn't realize it started this Saturday.

I haven't been shooting as much as I should be in preparation for the season, but now that I'm back at school and archery club is getting started back up I should be ready by opening day on October 1st.
