I would too...buy it from me and make me a replica for my house but take the original and increase my bank account.
If it netted in the 280's it would be in the top 15 of biggest Boone & Crockett Non-Typical Bucks ever recorded.
It would seem it is easily the largest legit fair chase whitetail on film though.....Palmer buck is now facing charges, which may or may not be legit.

I'd be selling everything I legally could...if connected to a show I'd obviously not get it all but man I'd take the money and buy some property of my own....this guy will sadly lose his ground for everyone and their brother will be throwing money at the landowner for a lease.

It sounds as though he already had some offers from that deer being seen from afar. Maybe the land owner is a guy of principle and figures all the trophy hunters can go fly a kite?
For Dan's sake I hope so. Even the most principle based men can be swayed with enough money and we all know how "dumb" figures can get in the hunting world. I hope Dan and landowner have a long term lease and he will let people know where kite flying is easiest.
