Carbon Express. When I first held them last year I thought they were pretty nice. The demo we had was razor sharp. Maybe you just got one that wasn't? Every broadhead/company will vary in sharpness some. IMHO most all of them come out of the package "killing" sharp

I don't really think the whole concept is needed, or accomplishing much, over a traditional design. I do, however, like to see companies trying new things.

I agree, it is good to see companies trying to improve.

As for me, I've never really tried a whole lot of diff. broadheads.

I started using Wasp about 7 years ago, liked em alot and stuck with them.

they're cheap, fly good, and get the job done. They are probably one of the most overlooked companies.

I never got in to all the new high tech. heads. A 26in draw and mechanicals don't mix.

ive never heard a bad comment about wasp. i'm not putting down carbon express i think thier idea was awesome, i just think the end should justify the mean and that broadhead wasnt what i had in mind its small, dull, and seemed fragile i'm going to sharpen it and probably use it on a coon no big loss if i lose it in a coon.

one thing that is true though, the don't make broadheads like they used to. Production has taken over quality.

I think broadheads now a days, fly better but those old two blades with bleeders were tough as nails.

The F15 I got was sharp out of the box. No complaints about it personally.

no it doesnt have to look like a magnus to kill anything but it is a perk if it does.you know you got certain truthes in this world magnus kills animals dead as a door nail is one of those truthes and smart asses is the other :tu:

Just opened the package. Honestly, it's not nearly as sharp as I would like a BH to be. I won't shoot it at a deer. It's smaller than I thought, but an interesting concept. If it was sharper, I think I could get with it a bit more. I'll stick to my Slick Tricks and my experimental head this year will be the Blood Runner 2 blade. This guy is first up on the tree rat.
