A solid 9. This year was my breakout year. I became completely in love with shooting my bow. Per my hunting season: I saw more deer than ever. I hunter more this year than all my years combined times two. Got new land to hunt. Joined a great archery club. Got my first bow kill (a buck). Did more studying of land and stand placement than ever. Learned a ton (like I do every year), mostly about how I didn't know anything. Also had my first rifle and bow miss, which was a great learning experience. Also had my first experience at passing on a kill. A bunch of great times with old and new friends. The only thing that could make this year better for me is if I got a doe kill w/ my bow before my season ends this Saturday.
