    Was driving down the road and found this guy flopping in the road. Pulled over through my shirt over him and after trying to find a rehabilitation specialist we ended up taking him up to Cornell and dropping him off at the animal hospital up there. The next closest was 2 hours away. Will call them tomorrow to see if it made it. He seemed pretty content in the Jeep enjoying the air conditioning and Grateful Dead. Image1531708979.163717.jpg

    It’s an American kestrel, it’s a type of falcon, but miniature. They are really neat birds. Good thing you were able to pick him up.
