I bought a used Bushnell when I returned to compound bows back in 2010 and it was fine, but had nothing but an on/off switch. I sold it and saved my pennies for a Leupold (RX750) that is a few years old now and operating perfectly. As a matter of fact, it is still running off the original battery.

I might kick myself later but I just went cheaper than what my instincts told me to and ordered the Bushnell Truth. After new Lonewolf and ozone machine and a bunch of other awesome stuff I was running low on "Shemoney". Guess I'll work a Lil O.T. this week so the spree can continue

I think you have great results with bushnell. My first rangefinder was the cheapest bushnelland and worked great and lasted 15 years. Upgraded to my current bushnell with arc 5 years ago and am very pleased with it as well.

Hope so. I had a Redfield Raider 550 but it only lasted 3 yrs. Their lifetime warranty doesn't apply to electronics... go figure.

with my first bushnell finally giving up the ghost I picked up a redfield 600 on sale for $97 after discounts for a backup. if I saw your post first I would have held off for another brand. my use is just to check range for bowhunting so don't need anything fancy though I do like ARC. if your bushnell has the longevity I've enjoyed with mine think you'll be happy with it.

I have a Bushnell Chuck Adams Edition. It's been discontinued but I like it a lot. At the end of my first season with it, I had some kind of display/electronic issue. I sent it to Bushnell and they fixed it and sent it back quickly. I am very happy with there customer service and I haven't had a single issue with the rangefinder since. I've now have it for 5 seasons. At least I know if something does go wrong again, I'm going to get treated right and the company will stand behind their product.

That is a good deal... I left mine in the rain last year and am in the market for a new one.

I don't need anything fancy as I am in flat AG country. Any complaints with this?

haven't talked with anyone who has this model but bass pro and Cabellas has good reviews and Cabellas has it listed for $199. just checked and bass pro still has some listed for $107. mine should be here tomorrow.

Just read that these may be last year's model. If it works its fine by me.

I had the raider 550. It did the job for 3 yrs. Only complaint was low light. I'm sure the bushnell I just ordered won't be any better though

Vortex 1500 (new this year)! That said, with the new model out the Vortex 1000 is significantly discounted many places as well.

Just ordered one - Can't beat it for $98.46. I don't need the latest and greatest brand name stuff... Just has to work.

the redfield 600 showed up from midway and compared it to my Bushnell chuck adams model. the redfield is slightly smaller, about the same weight, and clarity seem about the same. if it lasts it will be an great deal for a 100 bucks.
