Has anyone tried/used the inexpensive golf mono ones? I'm not concerned about their accuracy, as most reviewers (golfers) claim the many $20 dollar ones are very accurate, however, one of them actually included the ranging distance in the specs and it was 50 to 500 yds. Obviously 50 yds minimum won't cut it!
    Thank you!

I bought a Halo from Scheels for 129, but would not recommend it. It has trouble in low light,(at sunset not dark) and even if you have just one little branch in the path to the object it will give the distance to the twig. I figure if the opening is good for an arrow it should be good for a range finder.
