Am I I the only one in this world who DOESN'T care about what another hunter shoots EVER. I don't understand jealousy in relation to antler size and never will. If YOU kill a bigger buck than me.. congrats to you and the 50,000 other hunters who have done the same. I don't have penis envy. Why is their still a designated hitter rule in baseball? How is it the Yankees spend like 400 million a year (in salary) to be as much a World Series contender as the Florida Marlins who only spend 50 million? Why does anyone listen to Oprah? Who's the a-hole who discovered Tom Cruise? How stupid can you get if you follow Scientology? An alien and a volcano... really? Really? Why does Hollywood keep thinking we care what their political views are? Entertain me dammit.. juggle or something you clown! I can't wait to pick up the puppy in 2 weeks and teach her to shed hunt! Why did the government bail out the banks that messed up themselves.. somehow when all they do is steal from all of us!? Why on earth does anyone need a 4 year degree to become a librarian? Does it really take 4 years to learn the Dewey Decimal system? And more importantly.. who's the a-hole that decided they need a degree in library sciences and they have to make 90,000 a year.. ON MY TAXES!? How do politicians get away with all this stuff? Oh.. I know.. cause we let them. Why is there so much propaganda in history classes when we are children? Do they really want us to be stupid or just naive? Why do some people have weddings over July 4th weekend? I hate them. Why do people argue religion so much..?? What is the purpose of an IQ test when all the world really cares about is a degree in which you paid to become part of a fraternity of people who say that without this piece of paper and the $30,000 you spent to get it.. you can't make this $80,000. Intelligence should not be measured by how much money you spend. I've seen the movie "Soul Survivors" 3 times and still don't get it. Bring back the old Kisky "taking it to the extreme" series. Best their ever was.

I agree...that subject gets sooo old whether it be from forums like this or people I know personally.
-I often wonder why some hunters spend so much time on internet forums trying to feed their ego. So much time is wasted trying to prove superiority, in a very subtle way. An internet "reputation" really means nothing in life. On a lighter note, I often wonder why the Bungles (Bengals) can't sign people that don't get arrested 6 times a year.
And what some people do to "defend themselves and there egos" via PM's is right? I could care less. If I am attacked in private for something I did not even insinuate, I will retaliate. And the personal attack on "my" random thoughts is ok I guess? I think that is Bullcrap, as you call it. Everyone here is all to familiar with it though. It won't happen again I assure you.

I personally know one great bowhunter and it has nothing to do with the property he hunts.... I hope my 7 year old gets a shot this year.... Will I leave my comfort zone and spend my season hunting the giant..... What will the timber cutting do to my property this season.... Will that water hole produce on opening day......... Will my post season scouting pay off..... Will I find the passion for traditional archery again.... Will I be able to hunt as much if I make the move we are considering.... Am I going back to Illinois this year.... Should hunting be the priority it is in my life..... Will my 3 boys be obsessed as well.... Will Buckeye's wife even let him out of the house this fall..... Try having 3! lol

Trust me my friend, come the time #1 won't seem so important and neither will #2. Being there for your kid will be your #1 for a long time coming. The last day of last season, had I gone out, I could have had an opportunity at a great buck (actually 2), but that is of little importance b/c my sick son asked me to watch cartoons with him instead of going hunting. I would do the same thing again given the chance. No deer is worth one smile from your kid's face. THAT'S GOSPEL!

Why must we assume that people who wear camo or hunting garb in public are trash posers? Why must someone on an internet forum twist certain scenarios to make his/her own hunting scenario more applaud able...like if he/she makes one thing appear easy enough, or wrong enough...his/her way will be the apparent right/harder way without him ever having to come out and say it. Will I even SEE a deer in the state of Alaska this August? Will I stay strong through my next 6 years of school or loose focus down the road? Will I save up enough money to be able to go to either Arizona or New Zealand in January on top of my Alaska trip? Will I put a quality (to me) buck down on film for the new show this fall? Why must the BIG bucks always skirt around JUST out of bowrange from my stand location? I seriously doubt well over half the self proclaimed b.s. on hunting boards in general about procedures taken in scent elimination, scouting time, etc. Are internet stand time hour logs a multiple of the total in real life? Am I the only person on earth who would MUCH rather turkey hunt than deer hunt? Does anyone else who is a bow only big game hunter like me still enjoy packing the shotgun for turkey arguably more so than the bow, and not even for the difficulty factor? Will anyone else spend over $300 a year on tags out west that you truly arent even applying for in the next decade? Will I get to hunt the 3-4 state swing next spring for toms like I am hoping, or will it be a major flop that develops into KY only? Will I finally make the H&H hunt this fall? Will there even be a treetop left for a treestand on the above hunt? Will I ever submit the paperwork for my Passport that has been residing in my truck console for weeks now?
