So most of the "Best" (as defined by commercial success) Hunters in the World, have a couple things in common.

They get big deer, they want their own TV show and Product Endorsements, and they aspire to make a living doing what they love..

Seems she's fit that bill nicely !!

I wonder if I will ever get the big one?

Will I care less about "trophys" as I age and just be happy to be in the woods hunting?

I guess it depends on what skills we are talking about?

Shooting a bow?....I've seen her close the deal on many nice bucks so I will give her credit where credit is due on making those shots. Some people crumble when an opportunity presents itself.

Other things which are part of hunting?....From what I have seen it appears that the scouting, stand placement, food plot strategies, supplements, etc is handled by her husband Lee but I could be wrong. She just seems to be along for the ride...which is fine if that is what she wants.

A friend of mine knows both Lee and Tiff and says they are both nice, down to earth people who don't think they are better than everyone else.

Life is always better when opinions remain opinions.

I wonder why some people have to make goals in deer hunting.

When deer are not seen, what are they doing besides eating/sleeping/breeding/traveling?

If I had land like some people, would I find deer hunting Ho-Hum too?

I have found that hunting by myself is really more fun "to me", than hunting with others. (Not saying I don't like hunting with others, but I get burnt out on it quicker)

Why are certain people's deer mounts always showing up on the forums?

    I hate braggers.

Does this thong make my butt look big??

Life isn't fair, and it's never going to be a level playing field, some have better properties, some have better shooting skills. There is never going to come a time when a GMMAT or a GR8atta2d, or 5000 other board members get the credit for what they do and how they do it. Some are cast in hero's roles either because of success and opportunity, better land, more available funds or time, or the ability to take a camera onto these properties and make DVDS. That's just the dynamics of the internet.

The best baseball player, possibly ever, may have been born, confined to a wheel-chair. Sadly, he'll never convince anyone how great he could have been. He may reach a great level for his situation, but few, will ever hear of him. He made the best of the cards he was dealt.

We are hunters, we hunt the lands that we can, we have fun doing it and take pride in our accomplishments. If you aspire to more, jealousy is the enemy, be less defensive and more attentive. These high profile people are not lucky, by nature, sure they may have better lands..and so on, but they have skills, rest assured they have skills.

Nothing will bring out the glowing green eyes of envy like finding out another hunter has shot a bigger buck than you will ever see in your dreams.

And it seems that those whom continually say it doesn't matter, are the first to show just how much it really does.

I totally believe that the pros have skill. But they also have more resources that most of us could ever dream of  Lee and Tiffany strike me as good, down to earth people who know how to hunt and do things the right way. It's the Bill Jordans and Jackie Bushmans of the industry who I think are a complete joke.

    - There is so much animosity in the hunting world.

    - Why is so much effort placed in trying to figure out if a hunter is "that good" or if it is the land they hunt on?

    - I differ from LAEQ, I like to see the photos of everyones bucks. Post them every chance you get. :d

    - I haven't shot a bow in a month other than a couple hours one day bow fishing.

    - I am really looking forward for the antler growth to really get going.

    - This thread has had a lot of thought go into it from everyone.

Sorry Buckeye. After I see them once and congratulate them on their success, my curiosity is satisfied.

Etiquette is a word that is not even associated with this board. That made me laugh out loud, literally. Hate to burst that bubble. (As if no one here knew that already)

    - I am curious to see if everyone heads back to HNI when the contest signups begin.

    - How many deer has my rattling scared away vs drawn in?

    - Why does my taxidermist take 2 years when other take 6 months?

    - Why do bow companies change "the best bow ever".......every year? The Remington 870 has been largely unchanged sine the 1950s. Still a hot seller.

Why did my taxidermist give me such a deal..then moved his shop and I can't find him ??

How come I went to his sons house last night and they were having a moving sale and no one was home??

Why do we post here and there and expect different answers?

Why am I itching after moving a stand the other day, so what if it was Poison Ivy, I've never got it before, are fresh shoots more "poison"?
