I'm wondering about the ram ecodiesels? Im considering it for my next truck. I'll looking for some reviews from people that have the trucks how they like it. Any problems you've had, MPG, things you like and don't like. Thanks.

Neighbor has had one for about a year and is anxiously wanting to trade it.
Poor mileage and lack of power. Says he's going back to a gas job.

I've owned a 2015 for the better part of 2 years. Four trips to the NW house hunting, towing a 20 foot Keystone
travel trailer...that's a little more than 16,000 tow miles without a single complaint - not from me, and not from
the truck. Unloaded the truck consistently gets 28 mpg highway...loaded with that trailer the mileage drops to
around 18 mpg. My wife is on the road right now heading back to Montana (the house hunting paid off) with a 6 X 12
foot cargo trailer loaded to the max. I know I've heard bad things about them, but I wouldn't trade mine...totally
    satisfied.

I had a guy come give me a driveway estimate that had a 2017 he bought in 16 with about 50k on it. I casually asked him about it and he raved about it for longer than we talked concrete. Said he had another for his business and wouldn't buy another 2500 ever. Claimed mileage was about what Biki said. Regularly tows over 10k lbs and said it handled just as good as a 2500. Not sure I believe that as my F150 is rated for life 11k and pulls 9k fine but stopping that much is an adventure. Maybe the Ram has a lot better brakes.
