I bought a NAP Killzones last year and killed a single deer, a 120" eight point on a marginal shot. Having only one experience with them, and being successful, I bought another pack this year. I was also given a 4 pack of brand new 2 blade Rage. I've heard nothing but good things about them. What do you think? what do you shoot? Any advice is good advice. Thanks!

I have shot the 2 blade Rage for several years. I went to go buy the new extremes and they were out. i let the guy at the bowshop talk me into the killzone maxx. it flies jus like the rage, i am very pleased with them so far. it has a cutting diameter of 2 3/8 cant wait to stick a deer with it.

A field point will kill a deer if placed in the correct spot. Focus on taking high percentage shots and practice often. At that point, a sharp stone at the end of a stick will kill a deer. Good Luck.

Any broadhead will work! I use Rage 2-Blades but have never got a deer with one yet. I like Rage as a company because they have soo many different styles

I shot rage 2 blade last year. Three blade this year. Last year was great and I have great expectations for this year. I've never shot the kill zones and next year will probably upgrade to a Hypodermic.

I shot rage for 2 years until I saw the killzones. Just like a rage but no o-ring or collar. I had rage heads open all the time in my quiver. Or with an arrow nocked I could bump a tree and the damned head would open. Ill never go back

I shot a buck last year with the killzone and would never use another head for a compound. heres the pic of the inny. Literally bled like the lid off of a red paint can and died within 25 yards of the tree. killzone entrance.jpg

I'm trying the killzone maxx this year. I had good luck with spitfire, so for mechanical broad heads I am sticking with NAP.

never shot rage. A couple of my buddies have, heard good and bad but that is with everything. i agree with cablebob, lot of practice and well placed shots is the key to any deer harvest. I shoot T-3's and i love them. shot two deer last year within 2 mnutes of each other and each of them went no more than 20 yards before giving it up. well placed shots!

My buddy just shot a bull in Az. with the hypodermic and a bull in Wy. with the killzone. Both performed well.

This is the entrance hole from a killzone maxx. I will never by a different BH.
