I have shot the 3 blade 100 grain rages and they shoot real accurate. I had bought the 2 blade 100 grain rages and I haven't shot an actual broad head but have the practice head. It shot 6"to the right and when in travel to the target, it looked like a little kid just threw the arrow. The 3 blade didn't do that nor did the actual 3 blade broad head. Any thoughts or are others seeing that problem with them?

Might not be the head. How many shots with the bow since you shot the other practice head? Your bow may be out of tune

I'm consistant And accurate with tight groups taking fletchings off etc. I have shot mechanicals for several years now and haven't had too many problems with different ones. I shot the practice head twice yesterday while shooting. They were both 6" to the right. Could they shoot that far off than a field point and 3 blade rage? The 3 blades shot great.

No they shouldn't shoot any different at all. Out that broad head on a different arrow. And see what happens

I shoot the 2 blade and 3 blade practice heads together. There is no noticeable difference in flight or impact. Check your arrow for defect. Check to see of one of the fletchings is coming loose.

I shoot the Rage 2 Blade Extreme and the Rage Hypodermic. I shoot the practice heads for both and they fly the same. I had one flying different and the fletching on one arrow was coming loose.

Could the practice head be bad?

Number the arrows and check their flight thru changing out. The fixed head guys say us mechanical guys are last about tuning because the mechanicals require little to no tuning, something sounds off in your set up

My guess is the head is a defect. I have been shooting rage 2 blades since they came out years ago and never had any problems.

Open blades on a rage do not change flight a practice head can not be that far off even if parts are loose
