    If I ever go to a mechanical blade, it'll be the 2 blade Rage. Earl at B&B Archery in KC turned me onto them and that's good enough advice to start using them.

    Busted!!

    No really there are a half dozen of these per week, about any head, not just Rage.

    I did shoot a deer with one this year though, and to say the least I was quite impressed.

    no one should be shocked about new broadhead threads.
    first off anyone new to hunting will try and get some advice.
    second any time someone misses or makes a poor shot it's the first thing they blame. you can't expect people to search for a new bow every time they don't get the deer they shot or shot at :)
    third with all the advertising out there, it's no surprise a hunter isn't sure which head to use.

    Put most any BH "in the cage" and it should result in a dead deer. I have killed with the Rage. My issue was durabilty. Come out with a 1.75 inch cutting STEEL ferrule Rage, and I will buy them by the case.
