I have now had issues with mine after its initial 2 week soak and now a three week one. Have a phone call coming from them to see if needs sent in or what they think the issue is. I fear I got a lemon. When it did work that first week, LOVED the images, extremely crisp, vivid and clear.

I did try the smaller camera PS-2. One knock I’d have against it is also too many blurry pictures on moving animals daytime and at night. (even with the new update) If possible post some daytime pictures from that GEN-500
Corrupted somehow. They couldn't even get it to do anything at all. Sent a new one to me immediately though. I got 2 Gen500 up with a 3rd set to go on a food source as soon as I find a reason to be there and hang it.
