Not wanting to sound like a conspiracy theorist but this dude was killed by a guy who was recently in a mental hospital and his mother knew it and still reached out to Chris Kyle for help. Why in God's name after what is being reported would she trust her son with someone that was not a professional shrink and was know to use gun's as therapy. Is this another possible government pawn used to try to push the background check agenda??? I have several friends trying to tell me it is and it doesn't add up.

Yea I'm not sure what to think bout this whole story. Its a real shame we lost a guy like Chris, he saved many people and a its too bad someone he was trying to help turned on him.

First off, it is a sad event indeed. This country lost two great men. Second of all, this story stinks to high heaven. Something is going on here. The worlds deadliest assassin does not go down like this. This is the third high profile assassination this month. The other two being Keith Ratliff and John Noveske. I hate to be a conspiracy theorist too, but something is amiss.

Something been amiss for a long time and its not getting any better. No doubt there is a contingent in our federal establishment that has no love for the military, or the constitution...nor trust of the American people.

I find it pretty disturbing that this hero was laid to rest today also read that another recieved the Medal of Honor today and all I really saw on news tv was grammy talk and crap about the state of union tomorrow. I probably missed it somewhere and maybe its jus me but people should know about those things more than who sings songs or what they wear.
