I take it off and hang from a limb or my backpack. Buy some rubber gear ties and wrap around quiver, it works great.

I take mine off. Perhaps, they used to make a lot of noise back in the day, plus with aluminum arrows in them. Quivers seem so better built today. Nonetheless, I still take mine off. I don't find much difference in my shot grouping either way.

I hunted from a ground blind and just have a follow up arrow out of the quiver already.

I'm hunting from the tree in a 2-3 spots this year. I'll probably hang my quiver there as well.

That hip quiver sounds interesting, but I wonder does it slop around while walking around? Are arrows and broadheads noisy in it?

I don't walk far or carry anything else other than the bow, my stand is already up so the carrying the quiver is no problem. I have also just left the quiver hanging in the tree till the next time I hunt.

Used to leave it on in the stand until the bottom of an arrow clipped side of my stand when i wasn't being as careful as i should.
Now i take it iff because its one less thing to go wrong

I had the exact same thing happen a couple years ago. I take mine off every time now.

Off--stand about 20 to 30 yards away from your stand--have your buddy take your bow with quiver and arrows on it up into your stand--have him move the bow around lets say like moving to the left to take a shot in that direction---you will never leave your quiver on again !

I don't practice with it on, so it gets taken off when I get into my stand to hunt.

I take it off. 6 arrows weighing in at 500gr each it can add some weight.

I agree, I like having it off so that there is no chance that I will be hindered more than I need to when trying to shoot around a tree with branches. If hunting from a ground blind, I think it would make even more of a difference as it can be hard to maneuver around already.

I bought one at my local archery shop for around $25, holds arrows just fine. I only bring 3 arrows with me to hunt so pretty simple.

Off, I don't want to risk bumping my arrows on the stand or camera arm.

Off. Hunting from the ground I want as little on my bow to draw attention when I move it. Plus in windy conditions its harder for me to hold steady with a quiver of arrows on the bow.

i leave it on, it doesn't affect my shooting when on, but it sure does when I take it off.

Always shot with it on. One less thing I have to keep track of.

Off. Many times I will sit with the bow across my lap and that doesn't work with the quiver attached.
