My son and one of his buddies climbed Mt Ranier this morning. Well actually it was a 2 day climb. At 7AM they were at the summit. They started the second day in the middle of the night so they could come all the way back down today. They went with one of these guide services that takes groups up. Still quite an accomplishment with all the snow and ice. 14,000 feet is pretty high up. LOL Last week he did a 2 day bike ride of 110 miles and 85 miles. I think it's next week he does a bike ride up to Whistler Ski Resort in BC.
