I had a Tidewe pack that had an internal frame, probably around 2500 in size and was comfortable and the best part was the material that it was made from was super quiet, felt like felt covered suede though I'm certain that it wasn't. The thing was tired, worn out, and the zippers had failed.
I've tried the mystery ranch treehouse lineup, the belt strap was maybe an inch wide (uncomfortable).
I currently have the Kuiu divide 3000, but the exterior material is that noisy cordura stuff that I'm trying to avoid. Nice pack otherwise.

I'm not opposed to spending some money for quality, but my 'wants' are specific:
    Quiet exterior material
    Comfortable waist belt
    Framed pack external or internal
    2500ci+ size
Plenty of straps to carry sticks/stand/saddle equip or bow

Any suggestions on a new whitetail pack?

I don’t have one. And it’s only 2300 ci so may not fit your needs.
But I have their camo and it’s quiet and nice.
    Check out asio gear pack.

A number of years ago, I bought a horn hunter full curl system for a hunt out west. For deer, I use the day pack and frame. Out west, the large pack bag and frame (has worked well enough for elk & moose).

Though I’m seldom stalking/still hunting ( other than rifle season) with the pack. Most of my deer hunts it gets hung in the tree as I’m in the stand.

That feature list is tough to accommodate—most of your frame packs with comfortable waist belts are made for elk/Western hunting and don't care much about being quiet, and your quiet whitetail daypacks usually don't have frames or good waist belts.

I agree that the Treehouse's waist belt leaves a lot of room for improvement, but it's not so bad that I can't use it or find it super uncomfortable. Even using the larger pack weighed down with my camera gear, bow, and saddle equipment, it wasn't terrible.

Sitka has you covered with silence, lots of strapping options, and an internal stay for support, but neither of their whitetail day packs have waist belts at all.

KUIU has some packs that may fit the bill, but I haven't personally handled them to know how quiet they are. Their new Ranger 2200 looks like it may work for what you want.

I owned an Eberlestock X2 and it does everything you want, but the internal bag for the main compartment is made from the loudest material known to mankind when it gets cold outside. If they would fix that one issue, it would be a great option for bowhunting whitetails.

Thanks for the breakdown, Justin! Perhaps the option just isn't there anymore for all of the "wants". That Tidewe pack lasted 10 seasons. I guess I didn't know what I had until it was gone

I have the eberlstock team elk pack and it’s really comfortable. I mainly just use it on scouting missions or packing out a deer so I never paid much attention if it was noisy. My buddy has an Osprey pack and it has more room and comfort than my eberlstock. They might be worth checking out

I have a pack that I absolutely love and the price can not be beat. It is the only pack I now take into the woods and I normally do 1.5-2 miles one way. Love it so much...I was afraid they would stop producing them...so I bought 3. I have the two olive green and a camo one. I don't consider the outside fabric loud on the ones I have broken in. BUT, it is not silent by any means. Tons of straps. Note, I have the 75L version which I feel is best for my applications, as I pack all my gear and strap my bow to the pack for the walk in, change into my clothes at my stand. picture of me and the pack in the next post.

See if you can access this Amazon link. https://www.amazon.com/Mardingtop-H...-Khaki-75L/dp/B07X93FQBC?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1
