At first I was a little skeptical about the whole idea but I read some good reviews and decided to try them out. I fletched 6 arrows last night in about 10 min including the time it took the water to boil!! I dont think I'll ever get my fingers sticky fletching the old fashion way again! They look great too!! Very surprised with the ease of it and how well they hold. I haven't shot them but plan to this weekend. If your tired of hours of sticky fingers and frusrating jigs give quickfletch a shot. You won't be disappointed!
Is there any issue with putting them over a wrap? Or is it an issue to put a wrap more forward on the shaft, in front of the fletching "sleeve"?
Don't know about using them with a wrap but I have the QF on all my arrows and they shoot great. Just wish you could buy the QF with all white vanes.
I had no luck at all with them. It might have been the cheap nap quicktune I was using, but the vanes were just ripping off my arrows. I could only get two to three shots with them, then they were wrecked. Hope you have better luck than I did.
A perfect example of taking something totally out of context. Still, that was funny. I don't really care for the idea of using Quickfletch, though. They're expensive, and you have very limited options where personalization is concerned. There's nothing like doing it yourself.
I switched to them a few years ago and I've never had the first issue with them. Now my son-in-law shoots a whisker biscuit and he has had a few issues with vanes tearing but not very many. I personally think they're the best thing since sliced bread. I'll probably never go back to fletching. Already sold my fletcher and everything. Blessings.......Pastorjim
I agree. Like customizing your arrows and setup. I do take a pack of them along just in case all my arrows are damaged by Gremlins wile I'm sleeping. Never used them, just like the idea of having them along. Plus it gives my wife one more thing to roll her eyes at...
They're the greatest thing in bowhunting in my opinion. So.. so fast and easy. Shooting them for three years now without a single hiccup.
