    Got a Tom, pretty sure he's the boss. Won't respond to hen calls, will respond to gobble. Private land. Should I mimick him or hit the call and see what happens.

    He came towards me, close enough I could hear the inflection in his gobble. Now he went up a hill and is mocking me just gobbling away

    Hen and jake, gave a excited yelp and he came back in bit never came off that ridge. Sucker was stubborn. He won today.
