I never really rattled much and am thinking about doing it this year. How much do you rattle? How long do you wait in between sequences? Any info on rattling would be helpful. Thanks.

I used to rattle alot but not a whole lot of success. I think I scared more deer off then ever brought in. I do have friends that swear by it, but I just think it does more harm then good. If you have a high buck to doe ratio I know it works better, because there is more competition for doe. Depends on your area...If you have ever seen a buck fight , they can fight for a long time and make tons of noise...I would try and mimic that, watch youtube vids of buck fights to mimic sounds. I would start out soft and short at first in case there is a buck in the close proximity .
