Question

I have shot a peep sight for several years and I've always shot with one eye closed keeping my dominant eye open, but I have seen on tv shows where the hunters shoot with both eyes open; especially Tiffany Lakosky, and both her and Lee can flat out shoot. I always shoot with two eyes open with my shotgun, but never with a bow. Do you guys shoot with one eye or both eyes open?

 

I shoot with only 1 eye open. Tried with both but I suck at it.

I can shoot either way. I definitely shoot better with one eye, but with both eyes open it is easier to shoot in low light conditions.

 

One, but only because I have to. I shoot right handed, but I'm left eye dominant, so I have to squint my left eye to keep it from taking over.

 

Both open but I do squint my left (non-dominant) eye a little to see through the peep more clearly.

 

I shoot open sights and scopes with both eyes open, but to me a peep is a little different; I don't know why. I usually just squint my left eye a little but not enought to close it, otherwise it's hard for me to focus on the target. It does help you to track your arrow flight when you shoot with both eyes open if you can.
