    Early this year I shot and hit a doe in the shoulder low at 40 yards and recently I got a picture of a doe, with what looks like where the arrow hit what do you think SUNP0046.jpg

    So I assume you never found the doe.....If you had a better pic I could give my opinion but I just cant tell with that pic

    Yes I never found the doe and I got two pictures of this deer the one there and one when she`s further away. This is the second picture. SUNP0047.jpg

    Very good chance she lived if you hit her in the shoulder. They are tough critters.......:D

    Looks like a big doe for sure. Can't tell either though.

    That's a pretty small doe for up here in Northern Ontario bud.

    Very possible it's her. The location of that mark looks like you could have hit her square in the leg bone.

    Yes,but here's the flip side of the coin. There was no blood or hair where I shot her and my arrow was nowhere to be founded and I knew I hit her square in the leg bone.
