I was fortunate enough to inherit a compound bow, unfortunately I have an illness that has affected my immune and muscular system the most, I tried to draw the bow to no avail.
Is it possible to change out the cams to make the draw easier?

Any and all help is appreciated,

Pretty sure that is going to be a limb issue and not a cam......

You can have the draw weight turned down or even change out the limbs if needed.
Stick with it and glad to have you here.
