I've heard a lot about MBRB and was wondering if any one is a member and is it worth joining I'm a metro bowhunter and have some land i can hunt but the deer numbers aren't there and I need to provide for my family so I'm wondering if MBRB is worth joining for next year. I know it is a draw organization. but are the hunts worth the money and all that entails with the organization?
Metro Bowhunters Resource Base. I had to look it up myself. Never heard of it before now. Seems like an interesting concept anyway.
yes it's a good concept they hunt all the local park and recreation areas that are heavily populated with deer in the metro area of St. Paul and Minneapolis I'm just wondering what is the kill percentage is. you have to pass a proficiency test, 5 arrows in a 7'' target for some of the hunts and more hunts open up with a sharp shooter classification, 5 arrows in a 4" target. I've looked at their site but I'm looking for first hand experience with the organization and how it all works, such as stands kill percentages and draw percentages, ect.
