    Albinos are protected in WI by law. It is illegal to shoot Albinos outside a CWD Zone. I beleive he is within a CWD Zone..

    Some states do not allow you to harvest an albino deer. I know in TN it is illegal, maybe CB isn't aware that you can harvest them in some areas.
